Symwill Tech PCBA Assembly Tips 1 --BOM requirements.
Reminder Purpose:
1. It's convenience for both parties to deliver and receive the materials quickly and accurately.
2. Ensure the products produced according to client's requirements.
3. Save the time for consultation and confirmation between both parties, and speed up the production schedule.
BOM Parts:
1. Please reflect the serial number, process, material number, specification description, dosage, tag number etc. in the BOM.
2. Please arrange the components of the same category together, for example, arrange the resistor and capacitor components together separately.
3. Avoid duplication of material number in BOM.
4. The packaging of the materials in the BOM should be consistent with the physical pad of the PCB.
5. The same material is displayed in one line in the BOM, and the number of each material tag must be consistent with the amount of the material.
6. Please list the number in the BOM one by one, do not use the form of C1-C5 to represent C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, the number in the BOM can be found on the GB.
7. If there is a change in the BOM, please highlight the change in the BOM, and the BOM content cannot be hidden.
8. Delete redundant BOM and other data to avoid misleading operations.
9. If the components with orientation cannot identify the Pin1 in appearance, please mark the position of the Pin1 with a photo (like below).
10. Parts in the BOM that do not need to be soldered, please use "NC, NO_STUFF, NO SMT or no soldering" to indicate.
