ITEQ will invest NT$1.8 billion to enlarge the capability, and Symwill Tech will work together to provide high reliability, high stability circuit board products (PCB) for the 5G market.
In 2019, it was regarded as 5G years. With the countdown, various industries are actively rushing into 5G business opportunities, including copper foil substrate (CCL) as printed circuit board (PCB). The important material will be the priority beneficiary of the 5G era.

Taiwan's CCL company ITEQ's revenue was 2.082 billion yuan (NTD, the same below), an annual increase of 16.9%. The accumulated revenue in the previous September reached 17.63 billion yuan, an increase of 2.15%. The legal person said that ITEQ has actively deployed high-frequency high-speed Netcom equipment and high-frequency materials in recent years, which has led to bright performance this year and is optimistic about land-based telecommunications equipment. Accelerated construction, as well as high-end materials such as servers and Netcom equipment are in high demand.

In response to the growing demand in the 5G market, ITEQ is actively expanding its production capacity. It is expected that the new plant in Jiangxi will open 300,000 production capacity in the fourth quarter, and an additional 300,000 in the first quarter of next year. At the same time, it plans to invest 1.8 billion yuan (about 400 million yuan) in the expansion plant next year, and it is estimated that another 600,000 production capacity will be added next year.
